About the Position

As the Partnership Coordinator for Non-Profit Organizations, your main responsibility is to collaborate with Non-Profit Organizations to reach new students who may be interested in joining the JesusWalk Youth Ministry.

What type of non-profit organizations does JesusWalk work with?

We work with organizations that are Christian-based or Faith-based with Christian values and/or Christian history. The specific organization must have some type of youth program. We are mainly focused on partnering with organizations that are based in California.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Develop a comprehensive recruitment plan that will bring students to the JesusWalk Youth Ministry

Create partnerships and networking timeline for the year that includes deadlines, events, and overall plans to meet department goals

Lead and organize staff in the implementation process of the recruitment plan

Maintain partnership database with contact information and social media/website information

Assist the Partnerships Director in building new relationships with partners who will participate in JesusWalk and will connect other students to the ministry

Serve as the liaison between existing JesusWalk students and the ministry

Maintain relationships with existing partners, donors, and alumni

Organize and execute partnership and networking events

Qualifications

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

General understanding of relationship building

Able to work in a team environment

Eligibility Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age

Be a believer of Christ

Be an active member of the Christian Church

Commitment Level

Commit to the position from September 2024 to August 2025

Fulfill all roles and responsibilities

Successfully complete a background check

Attend all monthly and bi-monthly All-Hands Meetings

Attend department meetings and staff development activities

Participate in the Staff Retreat

Participate in the entire JesusWalk Youth Retreat
